Over the past two years, FHA loans have become an attractive option among borrowers seeking mortgage financing. In fact, FHA loans account for over 30% of all mortgages originated today. Lenders not only face the challenge of keeping up with ever-changing market conditions, regulatory updates and legislative changes, but many lenders are now faced with the challenge of meeting the servicing requirements associated with FHA loans. FHA’s unique guidelines and requirements can be intimidating even for seasoned mortgage professionals. Changes in the servicing arena have significant impact on how organizations operate on a day-to-day basis. Servicing FHA loans requires a solid understanding of the Federal Housing Administration and their objectives and requirements to implement policies and procedures that satisfy loan conditions.
AllRegs Academy’s Servicing FHA Loans instructor-led online course presents the entire scope of servicing FHA-insured loans, including basic terms and various structures of FHA-insured loans, the administration of FHA loans, general and specific loss mitigation issues and the future of FHA loans. This course has been developed by industry experts using proven instructional methodologies. The format offers instructor interaction via WebEx presentation combined with engaging hands-on activities designed to reach all learning styles.
With this instructor-led online course, you get a low-cost training solution with the benefit of expert instructors and peer interaction…with no travel costs or time out of the office. Class meets via audio conference and WebEx for 90 minutes once a week for 4 consecutive weeks, with online activities, readings and assessments accessed on your own time.
